Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

If your product is defective, immediately let our staff know and we’ll send you a replacement.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We are unable to accept returns on retailer purchases, incorrectly purchased products, and products damaged due to customer error.

Lastly, we do not accept returns for non-damaged items or items that have been delivered incorrectly.

To put in a request for a return, please email our support staff. Once the claim is approved, they will ask you to send your items back

Refunds

Please note that the purchaser will bear any shipping costs associated with the returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Cancellations

To make an order cancellation please contact us immediately at co*****@*********ls.net. If you cancel your purchase within 24-hours, we can unconditionally refund your money. Otherwise, your items will have to be sent back to us once they reach you.

Sale items

Sadly, only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

It is your responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are nonrefundable.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location.

Should the item you return be over 75CHF, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
